How to take GHR15 for maximum results
Take GHR15 on an empty stomach four hours after your last meal for five straight nights. It is very important to allow four hours to digest your food before taking GHR15. After five nights skip two nights. These breaks, called "cycling" allow your body not to get accustomed to GHR15 which increases results.
Eat a balanced diet, including five helpings of fruits and vegetables a day.
Bulk up on protein. The best sources are lean chicken, fish, occasional lean red meat, soy products, egg whites, and whey protein.
Keep fat to a minimum. Foods high in fat can block both the production and release of GHR15.
Try to keep your meals four hours apart and avoid between meal snacks.
Exercise regularly. This sends a signal to your pituitary gland to secrete higher hormone levels. Aerobic exercise results in long-term release of growth hormone in the blood for two hours. Resistance exercise (like weight training) causes the spurts of growth hormone that stimulate IGF-1. As always, check with a doctor before starting any exercise program.
Fast one day every two weeks (optional). Plan this 24 hour period on a day you are not busy and be sure to drink 2-3 quarts of juice or water.
